Aircraft maintenance tracking

Life limits, cycle counts and airworthiness — tracked to the component.

RIN limits and Pratt & Whitney cycle calculations run automatically against your flight log, not a spreadsheet someone has to remember to update. Built to rotorcraft complexity — and just as at home on a King Air or a Citation.

The difference

One system for the operator and the shop.

Every other option makes you choose. Tracking platforms handle compliance but not the work that follows. Shop systems handle work orders but treat operator tracking as an afterthought. Enterprise suites do both and cost more than a small fleet can justify.

VUELO runs maintenance tracking, work orders and inventory in one web application — so the discrepancy a pilot writes up and the work order that clears it are the same record, not two systems reconciled by hand.

  • One record, end to end

A finding becomes a work order becomes a logbook entry without re-keying.

  • Operator and repair station

The same system serves a flight department and the shop that maintains it.

  • Modular

Take the modules you need. Nothing is bundled to inflate a quote.

AI advisor

An advisor that already knows your fleet.

The established platforms put their expertise behind a support queue. VUELO puts an advisor inside the software — available the moment the question comes up, which is usually not during business hours.

Ask what drives the next inspection, which components are closest to their limits, how a new directive applies to a specific tail number, or why a due date moved. It answers from your own logbooks, components and intervals — and shows the records behind the answer so you can verify it against the book.

Every answer is grounded in your fleet's actual maintenance data and traceable to the record it came from.

ItemDescription
RIN LimitsRetirement index numbers computed per component, with time-based retirement surfaced before it bites.
P&W CyclesEngine cycle tracking for Pratt & Whitney, including life-limited parts and penalty factors.
AD ComplianceAirworthiness directives and STC status tracked across jurisdictions, with evidence attached.
LogbooksDigital maintenance records with photo documentation and technician sign-off.
Work OrdersFindings become work orders and close out to the logbook without re-keying.
InventoryParts, serial tracking and purchasing tied to the work that consumes them.
SchedulingMaintenance driven by flight hours, calendar time, cycles and manufacturer intervals.
Fixed-wingThe same cycle, AD and logbook tracking across turboprop and jet fleets — one system for a mixed hangar.

Common questions

What is VUELO?
VUELO is web-based aircraft maintenance tracking software for helicopter operators and small to mid-size MRO shops. It combines maintenance and compliance tracking, work orders, inventory and digital logbooks in one application.
Does VUELO track helicopter RIN limits?
Yes. VUELO calculates retirement index numbers per component, including penalty factors and landing counts, and surfaces time-based retirement before a component reaches its limit. RIN handling is native rather than adapted from fixed-wing tracking.
What is the alternative to CAMP or Veryon for a small helicopter operator?
CAMP, Veryon and Traxxall are tracking platforms priced and built for larger flight departments, and they generally do not include work orders or inventory. VUELO is aimed at operators and repair stations that want tracking, work orders and inventory in one system without an enterprise implementation.
Does VUELO work for fixed-wing aircraft?
Yes. VUELO tracks engine cycles, airworthiness directives, inspections and logbooks for turboprop and jet aircraft as well as helicopters. Mixed fleets run in a single system.
Which regulators does VUELO support?
VUELO tracks compliance against FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, DGAC and ANAC requirements, and is available in English and Spanish.
Does VUELO handle MRO work orders and inventory?
Yes. Work orders, parts inventory with serial tracking, and purchasing are part of the system, so a maintenance finding and the work that clears it stay on the same record.
What does VUELO's AI advisor do?
The advisor answers questions about your own fleet's maintenance data — what drives the next inspection, which components are nearest their limits, how a directive applies to a specific aircraft — and shows the records behind each answer so you can verify it. It works from your logbooks and intervals rather than generic guidance, and it is available whenever you need it rather than through a support queue.
